Events lose sales at the bar
Events struggle to pour drinks as fast as people want them. Pouring is slow, and the waste, mess and staff costs all add up, just as events are moving to reusable and biodegradable cups. Most existing systems pour at inconsistent speeds, can’t guarantee a perfect serve, and track little or no data.
For merchants, serving is labour-intensive, with heavy wastage and losses. Customers queue for a long time and end up with spilt, warm drinks. Sales and brand experience are lost along the way.
